Third Party and Peer Plan Review

We contract with a number of municipalities across New England and nationally to perform plan reviews of commercial and residential projects as third-party code plan review agents on behalf of the municipalities for building owners and contractors.  We have performed thousands of plan reviews of all construction types and use groups ranging from offices and shopping plazas to assisted living facilities, podium buildings and high rises.  We have highly qualified staff consisting of licensed architects and nationally certified building officials.
